RDL Canada was founded in January 2001. It became the exclusive distributor of the “Language Wheel”, a European concept adapted for the North American market.

Today, RDL products are available in many independent bookstores and in large chains such as Renaud-Bray, Chapters and Archambault.

In 2005, RDL Canada became known as RDL Publishing. This strategic reorientation allowed RDL to better serve its clientele with a wider array of quality products. RDL’s first partnership was with Mr. Brochard an educational software developer. This affiliation enabled RDL to offer educational software such as: “J’apprends en m’amusant, Programme des tables, Programme des conjugaisons and Apprenons l’heure”.

RDL’s first in-house product was the “Wheel of the World”. More than 2500 copies were sold shortly after launching this innovative and educational product.

This SME has had to triple its office space and has created several full time positions in order to sustain its growth while maintaining its recognized quality service.
